Charlotte Memories Stick - Designed and created this quilt for the 2011 Houston IQA Pin Peddler's 25th Anniversary Every Pin Tells a Story Exhibit where it is hanging right NOW and being seen my MILLIONS of quilters - YIPPEE!!! I wanted to create a design suitable for my studio; a design that can be rearranged and appended to as I continue to collect. Each pin has it's own embellished 'pillow' and is connected to each other with safety pins. Straight pins border the mosaic Quilt Pins pinwheel banner from where they hang in organized columns. Each pin pillow has a printed fabric label attached to the back telling the story so it cannot be forgotten.
