Ramblin Rose Meets Jamestown

Ramblin Rose Meets Jamestown - This was a BOM purchased in 2007 from Keepsake Quilting. I pieced the Sampler Blocks in 2007 and the Log Cabin Blocks in 2008. In 2009 I saw the Cotton Theory Method being used and decided to make my blocks into the quilt Log Cabin Shuffle using Betty Cottons Method of Machine quilting. Each block was quilted separately and then assembled the quilt using Connector Strips. Each Block has a different fabric on the back of the quilt. I varied her pattern slightly (mainly on the back of the quilt) and only put 2 borders on instead of 3. I presented the quilt to my daughter and son in law for their 8th wedding anniversary on July 5th, 2011.
