Design Source - Description | My husband's niece Erin graduated from high school this spring, and I wanted to make her a quilt as I had for her older brother. I chose the border fabric first, based on the purple, lavender, aqua and teal colors. The quilting pattern was called "Enchantress" but everyone has commented that it looks like doves, which goes with the meaning of Erin's name - Peace. It was my first larger project using batiks, which I've discovered I love! |
