The Secret Life of Ice - Made for the 2010 AP&Q & AQC challenge "Remember", this quilt explores how delicate microscopic Antarctic Foraminifera, Protozoa, Terapods and other small sea creatures live their lives mostly in secret, yet provide valuable scientific data to scientists concerning climate change- and the future isn't looking good. Their message could easily be 'remember there's only one earth'. Juried into Paducah 2011- semi finalist quilt.
