fibreart The Ladies - This piece is unique in that it evolved from a black and white photo of a garden party, taken probably in the 1920’s. What fascinated me most was all the hats worn by the women, so they became the focus of the design. Juried in to the exhibit "Edging Forward" held at Quilt Canada 2008.
