Design Source - Description | This is a large full sized 100% wool quilt top, made from wool garments purchased at the Goodwill stores. It has 2 wool battings in it, a flannel backing and 3/4 inch flannel binding. It is tied with 6 strands of DMC embroidery floss. Named it for my Irish grandmother Anastacia, who made quilts from my grandfather's wool business suits. Strip pieced, 2.5 inch strips. |
