aznancy Laurel Wreath - On the first French General group trip to Auty, France, we were each given a charm pack of the yet to be released Rouenneries collection by French General from Moda fabrics. I wanted to make a little quilt as a reminder of this trip. I designed this quilt to utilize every scrap of that charm pack! It is appliqued onto a background of pieced half-square triangles. The corners are angled, simply because I ran out of fabric. The binding is pieced small red scraps pieced together with about 15 inches of non-group fabric to finish it off.
