MaryRinWI Eye of Horus - I used fabrics I had purchased for a quilt in memory of our Egypt trip in 2008 to embellish my first try using Ricky's pattern. The basic quilt looked bland, so I machine appliqued motifs cut from 2 different fabrics. The center did not go together well, so I appliqued the "Eye of Horus" over it, hence the name.
