jkwelch Wedding Wishes - This quilt was designed and presented to my son (oldest) and daughter-in-law. The guests at the wedding signed the quilt rectangles that now go around the outside border in what is hoped looks like a ribbon. The center block is a feathered star block with a butterfly embroidery in the center. The surrounding blocks have quilted butterflies in them, and the large white border has “lots” of quilted feathers and roses. The feathers and roses quilting design was adapted from "The Feathered Rose Collection" by Judy Allen.
