HstnQuilter Meyers 25th Anniversary Quilt - This was made as a surprise gift for my neighbor's parents as they celebrated their 25th anniverary. When I asked what colors to use - my neigbor said her mom was colorblind, so it didn't matter much. I came up with the idea of using photos on fabric to make a memory quilt - thinking my neighbor would give me maybe a dozen to work with, instead, I got a whole boxful to work with.... These were sent off to Soft Fabric Photos and they cropped, scanned and printed the pictures for me. Through a series of events, my quilt was the cover quilt of "Quilt It for Keepsakes" in early 2008.
