Design Source - Description | The Alzheimer's Art Quilt Initiative had a quote: "If you think you're too small to be effective, you've never been in bed with a mosquito". This is my concept of what that quote means. I designed the picture on Microsoft Digital Imaging and then printed it on 100 % cotton. Trapunto was used for the bed and a taffeta shade was put at the top of the window. The window had no batting just a layer of stabilizer. A symbolic chinese fan was placed on the wall. The quote is on the top of the wall. |
