Petey Kids Quilt - The children in my wed. night class wanted to learn to make a quilt. Ea. child selected a picture they liked and either colored it in with fabric markers or ironed on fabric pieces. Several of the blocks are orig. designs by the children (ages 5 to 12). The children also hand dyed their fabrics. They had to tie the quilt vs machine quilt it, so that all children could tie a knot and say a prayer. The quilt was a gift for our pastor...for Pastor Appreciation month.
