stitchpicker Shrimp Boats on Shem Creek - I used plain fabric to transfer a photo then did the thread painting. I used a small piece of batting, then applied the backing, which I made large enough to wrap to the front of the quilt. I also had a narrow border applied before securing the backi fabric to the front.
