I made this quilt for the Quilt Show "Helping Hands" Challenge. I enjoyed working with the beautiful fabrics hand dyed by the women in Mali. It was a great challenge, the orange fabric also warmed up my cold studio! My quilt was accepted in the 2010 MQX East Show in Providence, Rhode Island and was on display from April 15 - April 17, 2010, in the miniatures category.
