Calicobean Butterflies II - My first quilt! I used patterns from Barbara Eikmeier's excellent quilt book for kids for my first three quilts. I pieced the entire quilt and then quilted in the ditch entirely on my trusty mechanical Brother. I ran into trouble with the stippling and took advantage of a sale to purchase my 440 QE. By then I felt the need for a needle down feature if nothing else!
