vistahermosa Tuscan Countryside - Houses are from photos taken on trip to Italy. The sunflower & red floral fabrics I had in my stash dictated what would surround my houses. I originally wanted to create a water front quilt but, decided to use my floral fabrics which resulted in a country scene. Some textile paints were used for shading. Applique shapes are fused then stitched with monofilament thread.
