Commissioned quilt without a name - This quilt was commissioned by a friend of ours for his Mother as a Birthday Gift. The pattern was adapted by a quilt he picked out of a magazine. I have looked everywhere in this sewing room and cannot find the pullout from the magazine...I am beside myself!!! Anyways its basically a 9 patch and an appliqued star in a block put on point. The stars were actually strip pieced then appliqued
