WillowHillQuilts Balenkay - Balenkay is made with elongated New York Beauty blocks and dimensional curved flying geese blocks, also incorporating applique. The dimensional curved flying geese blocks are created in part by making dimensional flying geese and using my manipulated bias method. Moda's Porto Bello Market line of fabrics were used. Balenkay was featured in McCall's magazine as part of a bio piece.
