Design Source - Description | In 1999, before I was a quilter, my grandson Levi was born. I wanted to make him a blanket, so came up with the applique font style for "baby". The "B's made a flower with heart-shaped petals in the center. The "A" and the "Y" are identical, one is just turned upside-down. I placed four "baby"s spiraling out to the corners on a whole cloth. It wasn't quilted and was only two layers. In 2007, a friend was having a baby, so I made this quilt in the colors of Sarah's room. We also used this pattern in the guild about that time for several community service quilts. |
