Design Source - Description | I made this using a stack of 5" Moda Faded Memories fabric I had. I stippled it and bound it and added the hearts by hand applique afterward because it wasn't quite "there" yet. This quilt was made for hospice through a program with Northwest Suburban Quilters Guild in Arlington Heights, IL. When I told the organizer (a wonderful woman with a long lifetime of experience) the quilting was pretty basic stippling, she said it was fitting because like life, it has no distinct beginning or end....it meanders through many hearts...and I really liked that... |
