fabricplayer101 Missed Perception - This quilt was made to have a little fun with myself. I’ve had to stop dyeing my hair this year and wasn’t quite ready for the change. While it may not be quite as dramatic as my depiction this is how it feels to me. Making this quilt gave me a chance to laugh at myself. The image of myself in the mirror is from a photo taken in the eighties with the big hair and shoulder pads. The hair has wool roving stitched with about five different threads. The jacket was made with my embellisher.
