Iris Quilt - This was my first quilt I put together and hand quilted. I embroidered 12 cross stitched blocks and pieced it together to fit our queen sized bed. Quiet an undertaking for a first quilt. I did enjoy the process of making it fit the bed, but I soon found out this was not an easy task. The whole process took about 4 years. Embroidery to completion of binding.
