In Memory of Lillian Snyder - The center panel of the quilt was painted and the grapes added by reverse applique. Additional grapes, cheese and wine were placed around this panel as Lillian was an Icarian in Nauvoo, IL. and those were their products. The cork fabric and the Drunkard's Path squares have been included to keep with the theme. Lillian was not a drunkard, but she was essential in keeping the Icarian's history in newsletters that she produced.
