I learned to make this with doubled sided pre-quilted fabric from Sue Hausman and her TV guest Jennifer Lokey. The scalloped edge was the hardest thing to do. But this would be a quick easy gift for anyone to make. I could not locate anything about who designed the quilt or who to give credit to. I have mnade several as gifts. |
