latpatt Mom's Luncheon Cloth Revisited - I was inspired by Cindy Needham's featured artist display at 2008 Road to California. I had old linens from my mother who had passed away in 1970, some she did the cut work herself, others I believe were purchased. As a child it was my job to iron the table cloth we used for family gatherings, so this was a way to preserve a memory. The quilt is a smaller luncheon cloth, only 39" square, stitched then beaded with 2 different size of beads.
