typemom Samantha's Quilt - I saw this pattern on Simply Quilts and really liked it, so I ordered the pattern from the company and saved it for a few years before I was brave enough to try it. I made it for our daughter's 16th birthday. Since my sewing room was in the living room at the time, it was a challenge to get it made "right under her nose". She never did know I was making it until it was given to her. I really had fun picking the fabric for this project and it is my favorite quilt that I have made.
