KarenGood Lone Star Quilt - This is a Lone Star Quilt I made for a wedding gift to my husband's daughter in 2003. It was the very first time I stippled the quilt by machine and added an appliqued border of 1 Corinthians 13 along with the names and date of the wedding. they love it! This was a different way of making this kind of quilt from a pattern I'd purchased years ago that had the actual diamonds cut. This was made from strips cutting them in 45 degree angles to create the center star. The quilt came out excellent and the stippling was perfect!
