Design Source - Description | I took a workshop based on Anna Faustino's Weaving technique. I love the way the color's work off of each other. I then did some thread play on the three women and appliqued them on the woven background. I outline quilted the women and stitched in the ditch between the woven edges. Tulle is used in this technique over the woven fabric, before the applique is added to secure all the raw edges. |
