Design Source - Description | My grandson Jacob asked me one day on the phone what I was doing. I said 'quilting'. He said "that is all you do Grandma". I asked if I should make him a quilt, and not skipping a beat, he said "yes, and it should be a polar bear quilt" (I had already started an Under the Sea quilt, so I was quite surprised about the polar bears. "Why polar bears?"--- "because that is the name of my hockey team". He was becoming a star goalie at the time. So I Googled polar bears for pictures, that I printed onto fabric. Also I had camera shots of Jacob in action as a goalie. He is very proud of his quilt and won't sleep without it. There is one glaring mistake in the layout - can you find it? |
