DesertQuilter Sunshine Bouquet - Sunshine Bouquet is the result of the class I took with Ann Fahl in Tucson in September, 2008. I was determined to stick with it and finish it so I wouldn't have another UFO! I learned a lot and quickly enjoyed the thread painting technique, which was the focus of the class. Techniques in this quilt are: fused raw-edged machine applique; thread painting; free-motion embroidery and free-motion quilting.
