Design Source - Description | I was inspired by the fishing-reel fabric which was fussy-cut for the block centers. Made for my nephew as he graduated high school. The label (not shown)is a photo-tranfer of him fishing at age 3. He's now 23 and still fishes with a passion. This was my first full-sized "real" quilt (not t-shirt or jeans). Also one of the first I free-motion machine quilted, outlining the images on the backing fabric... fish, flopping around on newspapers. |
