gunnywendy Hawaiin Fantasy I - I was given three muu-muus by a friend with a request to make something with them for her to remember her deceased mother. Well, I sat on the muu-muus for about six months before I got an inspiration. I'm not sure of the pieced background pattern, as it was just something I saw some place and sorta just remembered how to piece it. Then, I played around with the donated muu-muus and some went towards borders and others towards applique. Anyways, the lady holding the quilt is the happy owner, and I was honored to do it for her.
