lcarolyn primarily crazy - this quilt began as a practice putting together crazy quilt blocks. using batiks instead of silks, woolens, or velour, in an attempt to bring the blocks into this period of time. the back is unique as well. i used a large cross stitch hand embroidery, in red, to mimic the piping on the front to attach the borer and the rod pocket.
