Balsam Under the Sea - Made this for a guild challenge. You could make anything quilted as long as it incorporated two items from the dollar store. My two items were the yarn used for the seaweed and leaves off fake flowers. I'm giving it to my sister Nancy for Christmas, shh she doesn't know.
