lbarnes Ventanas de los Muertos - This quilt was actually started sometime in 2004. The top was finished then I lost interest because I wanted to make other quilts and my machine quilting skills were not that great yet. I wanted to more than just stitch in the ditch. My New Years resolution for 2008 was to quilt all of the tops I had made before I could start any more quilts and in so doing would improve my machine quilting. The focus fabric is from Alexander Henry, called fiesta de los muertos, thus the title Ventanas de los Muertos (Windows of the Dead).
