Design Source - Description | Designed with EQ6 (with the addition of an appliqued border), this was pieced, appliqued, and quilted on my Bernina Aurora 440QE. Features mini 9-patches at the foot of Mt. Sinai, interspersed with dimensional flowers (Rebeca Wat), self-printed Western Wall fabric with 12 tribes of Israel, Red Sea made of shaggy and hairy fabric that can be moved and "played with," machine embroidery done with Baby Lock Ellageo3 using installed fonts of word processor. This quilt is a tribute to a great-nephew's namesakes while also honoring his family in the center of the quilt. Quilted with Superior Threads "Highlights." |
