Sandramast Healing Rain - The Quilt was inspired by the song "Healing Rain". Most of the work was done by hand to create my own fabric using hand dyed ribbon, silks, organza, rayons, micro suede, threads, and fibers. The rain affect is achieved by using loose linen threads attached only at the top. The figure is 3-D which results in natural shadows.
