Bridget473 A Pond with A View - I have several goldfish and some volunteer frogs who live in my backyard pond. This quilt is a representation of my pond and its inhabitants. The background is pieced -- including the water lily "stems" -- and the remaining pieces are machine appliqued. I learned how to marble fabric while making this quilt and used the marbled fabric for the goldfish.
