cblong03 Framed Medallion - This quilt is the result of 2, 3-day classes with Harriet Hargrave at Quilting in the Desert, in January 2008 (Precision Piecing and Heirloom Machine Quilting). I modified both the piecing and the quilting patterns a bit, just because I wanted to. I can't tell you how much I learned in those 2 classes! For someone drawn to jewel tone fabrics, this quilt with no jewel tones is now my favorite quilt. It has led to many more trips to the fabric store to build the muted-tone portion of my stash!
