Precious Blue Jean Surprise - This is a quilt made for my son out of his worn out jeans. It is pieced and backed with flannel. It weighs a TON and the quilting was challenging because of the weight. I had fun cutting up his jeans and included several pockets for storing things like the remote for his TV, an MP3 player, etc. In the center block I even included a patch with the fly of a pair of jeans. This made a closeable pocket, and for fun I lined the inside of this block with a pair of his boxer shorts! This is a wonderful quilt to cuddle under!
