Design Source - Description |
I MADE THE CENTER OF THE QUILT WHEN RICKY TIMS CAME TO ANN ARBOR, MI QUILT GUILD. I PROMISED MY DARLING, LITTLE NIECE ANNIE A QUILT, SO ADDED ONTO THE CLASS PIECE. THE GIRLS HOLDING HANDS IS FROM A BOOK I CAN NO LONGER LOCATE. I SWITCHED TO HEARTS AROUND THE SIDE TO GET IT DONE QUICKER! THERE WAS A LOT OF FUSSY CUTTING AND MACHINE APPLIQUE ON THIS QUILT. WHEN I GAVE IT TO MY NIECE AND SHE SAID TO HER MOM " I LOVE IT MAMA" I WAS SO HAPPY! I TOLD HER THAT THE 2 HEARTS ON THE QUILT REPRESENTED ONE FOR HER AND ONE FOR ME, SO THAT EVEN THOUGH WE LIVE FAR APART, OUR HEARTS ARE ALWAYS TOGETHER. |
