Get well Pillow for Peggy - A niece was given the bad news that she has brain cancer and will undergo the usual post operative rehab. I thought it would be handy to have something to hug, cry and lean on when things are looking grim. The poem written by my husband and the other side has some handy thoughts to redirect her sadness. I used an machine embroidery flower design for the middle and the alphabets to write the message. The fun was in the free-form quilting to complete the look.
