DianeDoodles Times Portal & Blue Vortex Travels - My design is based on a photograph I took and tweaked in a software program, & printed onto fabric. I used Beth Wheeler's Altered Photography method for enhancing the fabric photograph with threadpainting. I then designed the mosaic around the quilted fabric photo. In physics, a wormhole is a hypothetical feature of space-time that is essentially a "shortcut" through space and time. I have a lively imagination and enjoy to read a _lot_! I made this quilt while thinking of the possibilities of instant time and place travel. What If...... ?
