bevster Avon Inspiration - I was inspired by a Avon Catalog to make this quilt. There was a photograph of a model wearing a beautil shear dress in all colors of blues and greens. To me it was the most beautiful color combination I have every seen. This was my first quilt and not having the knowledge regarding different types of blocks, I found instructions on the internet for this faux log cabin block. Beverley Linsley
