malyn 60-40-60 - This is a gift for my Mum and Dad on their anniversary. They have bin married in 40 years in 2008 and they both getting in their 60's this year. The quilt are not finished yet but getting there. It is to quilts that can be joint together as one. I just got some fabrics that I liked, an I just cut some strips/pieces to make roman numbers, 1-20 in red and 1-20 in green. One square for each year they have been togehter. Numbers are handapplique. It is quilted i sections and than put together (From" Lappesprell og quiltestreker by Hanne Asplin Firman). Both quilts are still in progress and finish size will be about 200x150 cm x2.
