Liesje Stars across Australia - This was made for my Great Niece, Nellie. I had made the star block in a class a few years previously out of pastel Fossil Fern fabric. At the time i thought they were a bit pale and forgot about them. I found them and thought a nice clear pastel blue batic would help to brighten the whole thing up. the quilting is done in a pale mauve and is of Kangaroos, platapus and Tassie tigers. the quilt is going to England and Nellie loves the colours.
