sewbearnuts Cotton Theory quilt - I had always wanted to try one of these since seeing Betty Cotton do this "style" of quilt on Sewing With Nancy so did this totally reversible design - this side in a rainbow of mainly "fossil ferns" - other side in burgundy, blue and green. I used a number of celtic motifs I found in EQ5, digitized them and embroidered each light square with one - as daughter loves all things celtic! Totally diff. way of doing a quilt but great if you prefer working on smaller pieces and "quilting" as you go! Takes some planning for fabric - and more fabric due to the larger seams which get trimmed as you go along. Daughter loved it!
