Design Source - Description | My friend Jan Berkley gave our quilting bee a demo on using the Tri-Recs tool. I made a few batik stars. I started with a background fabric which was off-white with flying cherubs in gold on it. When I ran out of that I switched to muslin. It made me think of the joy the angels felt when they viewed the first starry sky. I placed a large muslin triangle in each corner to represent the shape of the planet earth. |
