kmason Dog Dreams - I created this quilt for my dogs to snuggle under. I believe that functional quilts should be used and I do not place any limits on who can use them. I enjoyed making this quilt. The blocks were simple charm squares framed with jelly-roll strips. The dog bone border was made from the scraps. I enjoyed drafting my first original pieced block. The dog bone took a couple of tries, but I finally feel like I got the proportion right.
