Mexican Star

Mexican Star - This was a mystery quilt made at a guild retreat. No one had any idea of the end result as construction steps were revealed one at a time. I love this quilt! It is EASY to make with strip piecing and folded squares tucked into corners as you piece the units together. Then turn back the bias edges of the folded squares to create the cathedral window look that is so stunning! Check out the website for this pattern: www.southwindquilts.com.
